The operating voltage range of all three devices is 0.8V to 2.5V for a single power supply, and consumes less than 1.6 μ A of total power supply current. Optimized for ultra long life, single battery, and battery powered applications, these devices are Touchstone's high-performance NanoWatt Analog ™ Both analog comparator and operational amplifier have rail to rail input stages. The analog comparator displays an internal hysteresis of ± 7.5mV, used for switching between clean and vibration free outputs. The internal reference design is for well current or source current up to 0.1 μ A load current. Compared to similar products, TS1201 and TS1201 offer a 20 factor low power consumption, and the printed circuit board area can be reduced by at least 55%.
